R	Randi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ USELESS....Called mid morning for a 515pm pick up for my colleagues who were at a hotel from out of town. Called back at 440 pm to confirm the pick up reservation and they had no record of it. Used the excuse they had a new reservation system yet no one had taken my name when I originally called for the reservation. They assured me they would have someone at the hotel for the 515 pick-up and on both occasions I told them I needed a van as there were 6 people. I was told by my colleagues that a CAR showed up and they had to call for another van. Completely useless company, wish I had read the reviews before calling.

I pre-ordered a cab for the wee hours, and I think it was because it was a quiet time for the drivers, the driver showed up early. He was nice and saw that I had 3 bags sitting by the door steps, and he voluntarily came and put them into the car. I wish there is another easier way to pay so that I don’t even have to touch the terminal.

The other day I called a cab it was -30 outside associates promised they would be right there but no one showed up, had to find an alternate ride home. One hour and 15 mins later the cab calls me and I advised it’s been over an hour I got a ride home and he swore at me and insulted me and hung up on me. I called the operators to complain and the agent I spoke to was so incredibly rude and yelled at me. Seriously the worst customer service on the planet . Never use associate cabs ever!!!!

I had my 5 year old with me and intermittently, he would turn as if to make sure my son wasn’t doing anything to his cab (which he wasn’t.) When we got to our destination, as I was getting my son out, his winter boots brushed against his seat and the driver got very upset and in a very rude tone said “not my seats.” There was absolutely no damage to his seats and the seats weren’t even wet. So his whole attitude and tone, especially to a child, was uncalled for. I will not be using this cab company again nor will I be recommending it to anyone.
E	Edith Beaulieu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually a good experience, however when I took a cab today, my cab driver (Mr. Zakaria cab 176) was on his cell phone while driving even after we asked him to put his phone away. This driver is dangerous to his passengers and other drivers.. (this driver got a rating of 1star and a complaint to customer service by us) gave a 4 star review in general because of this
A	Angela F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service department is incredibly crass and unprofessional. Does a great job at making you feel like you are personally inconveniencing them by calling. Perhaps some soft skill customer service training should be in order. First impressions matter quite a bit, especially in the world where Uber and other competition companies exist so prevalently. Will never recommend Associated cab or Alberta Gold to anybody ever again. It is obvious now as to why their reviews are so poorly scored.
J	Janet Summers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got off a flight super late on the 31st and called for a cab to a nearby hotel, the driver was really prompt. His name is Abd Bakhit and I want to thank him by name in this review because when we got to my destination, we realized my car was dead, he made sure I found a place to stay for the night and even tried to help me jump my battery. He was very polite and helpful. I'd definitely use this company when passing through Calgary again.
A	Ashleigh Bagley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cab company left my elderly parents outside in -23 weather a 2 am. He threw my mother's bag out of the cab and yelled for her and my disabled father to get out of his cab. All because he believed that my father's wheeler chair wouldnt fit. My mother cried and begged him to wait why she took the wheel chair apart which was easily done and would allow it to fit easily. But he refused and kicked them out literally. They were trapped at the airport after flight cancellations and delays. In summer clothing having just flown from Mexico and being stuck there. She begged multiple cabs while crying for help. They all refused. Saying they had to use a wheel chair accessible van. My father had already easily been able to move himself into the previous cab so that was not the issue. It was the lack of humanity and patience from your driver's. I am furious that someone would treat a human being this was let alone an elderly couple on of which is disabled. My parents are the most polite and kinda people ever. This is unacceptable. Do not ever use this cab company!!!
