★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 15 min just for them to find a cab late morning/early afternoon and my driver was 20 min away. I even booked early since I was going to an appointment, I expressed to the driver that I can't wait 15 min to find a cab and an additional 20 min for him to show up plus travel time. The driver ended up saying to me "what do you want me to do, you want ride or not?"
Ridiculous service, ended up canceling my ride and ordering from a different company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The horrible lady on the phone refused to send a taxi to me at the airport.. told me I have to go to them but refused to explain where it was I was supposed to go, then proceeded to tell me "I hope you get ran over." The next taxi company I called happily send a taxi to pick me up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Taxi ride to Airport for next day 0500AM. Next day Taxi came right on time. Taxi driver was very friendly. I was happy to use the service. Only thing upset me was they send a sedan car but promise for SUV as I-requested because of my luggage.

Walked to a hotel and waited less than five minutes. He was great and thank you for being so quick. ?. my friends foot was sore from a previous Injury so that made the process much better. Thank you so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called yesterday at 2pm to book a cab for a 6am pickup this morning. As I am writing this, after over an hour waiting, they still did not have a car available to pick me up. (Important note: there was snow all day yesterday and through the night). A car was not available due to the weather and road conditions. This is out of their control.
What is not out of their control, however, is the fact that I received 0 updates on my booking until I called. I phoned at 6:10am to see why it was late, and was told it would be 15 minutes. I called again at 6:55 and was told a car had still not been assigned to my booking, and they couldn't provide an estimate of when I might get one. The gentleman I spoke to at 6:55 was very pleasant despite my frustrations (and honestly my rudeness), and was very empathetic to my situation. His honesty about not being able to provide a time estimate was more appreciated than his prior coworkers lie.
Ultimately, I had to request a pickup from a coworker instead, as I couldn't continue waiting in limbo for a cab that they couldn't give me any kind of time estimate for. The whole point of booking a day before was to ensure I got a cab on time, so this was extremely frustrating to deal with especially early in the morning.
