CI offers an array of services. CI used to only focus on exterior concrete work such as driveways, sidewalks and patios. Over the years we have diversified our business to meet the demands of our clients. They asked us to bring the same level of quality, and attention to detail, to other avenues and that’s what we have done. CI has been operating for over 20 years and offers clients honesty, reliability and efficiency.
CI typically operates during spring and summer months (May - October) for exterior projects to take advantage of the weather, and fall and winter months (November - April) for interior projects such as trench drains and basements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made time for a quote for a driveway at 1pm....330pm he texted he could be over in ten minutes. Finally arrived measured only one section of driveway and then left stating the quote would be emailed Friday or Monday....I messaged on Tues and he stated he must have had the wrong email......still waiting on a quote.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first approached Concrete Innovations in the spring of 2020 to get a large pad poured in my backyard. The work was finally completed in the spring of 2021. The work was top-notch and I really appreciated the hard work and recommendations of the crew that did the job (Frank and Joe). They brought lots of experience to the table and I think my pour was made better with their inputs. The final product looks great!
However, some areas of improvement for CI. On multiple occasions I had their contractors arrive at my home without an appointment, once on the expectation that the work was going to commence the next day. We weren't ready and were never notified he was coming. Another area of concern for me was in finishing of the new pad. A sealant was applied, and while the contractor was informed that the high gloss sealant required the addition of a "grit" material to keep if from being slippery, he didn't come with the right supplies (rolling pan and mixing bucket etc.) to be able to do that. I'm okay with that (but disappointed), but was very dismayed that he re-rolled part of my existing sidewalk. Now i'll be forced to re-seal my existing sidewalk before winter or risk injury to someone in our household. I'm not happy to have another project to do before fall.
While not perfect, i'd encourage people to give Concrete Innovations a try. Especially if you like contractors dropping by unannounced :) They do good work for the most part
