All you get is a guy that gives you one word or a couple of words to make up a sentence in response. eg: Question: Does your shop do wheel alignment? Response: Yup Question: Do you need a straight rim to do the alignment? Response: Yup Question: How much does it cost? Response: $149.99 Question: When's the earliest time I can get the car in for wheel alignment? Response: Next week. Question: OK, like when next week? Response: Next week. Alright, if the answers are as precise as what the customer service over the phone is, I'm sure the precision is just as good. Thanks! I called up another shop and the customer service and the response the I got was by far what I'd expect on a normal reputable business.

I had a loud noise coming from the front of my vehicle when I went 60 plus km. Another mechanic shop replaced my rear brakes and the noise persisted. My Mom had awesome work done by Tom in the past. She recommended I take my vehicle there. Tom and Joe assessed the vehicle and found my front brakes were 80 percent shot and he showed me same. I also needed parts for the drive axil, bushings and cv joint drive shaft. Tom checked things out to see what was the most efficient and economical way to go. Needless to say I was surprised and grateful to have my vehicle back within a day. It no longer makes loud noises and I know I am safe on the road. I will not hesitate to go back to Tom. I am so grateful I have found a great mechanic who I can trust.

I was new to town and I don’t know anything about vehicles or have anyone to turn to ask questions… I was recommended to the shop by a friend I made and it’s one of the best things about moving to the city. This shop has extremely hard-working guys that are honest and more than fair, they helped me out when I couldn’t afford it and always answer my questions honestly. They treat you like family and tell you what is and isn’t worth it, so when I do have to spend money on my vehicle I am happy it goes to this local shop!

Tom and Joe did a visual inspection of the vehicle that was thorough and effective. Although there were no obvious issues with the frame, they pointed out numerous defects and shortcuts in the body repair work that would not be obvious to the inexperienced eye and that indicated the quality of repair work was poor. The $125 I paid for the inspection was well worth the money and saved me from the grief of purchasing a vehicle that would be trouble down the road.
