★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rav4 2019 aftermarket rims and 245/65R17 BFGoodrich ko2 tire. I went to this shop to install aftermarket wheels and tires. The crew on this shop did a very good job. 1st install the dealer for my aftermarket wheels give me the wrong hub ring, but the guys here at Kal tire told me when I will have the proper hub ring they’ll install it for free, and they did!
Very professional crew and they know what they are doing.
Big thanks to JONAH, PIERCE, JASPER and the rest of the crew! I’ll be coming back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anything to do with tires, Kal tire is the place to go, especially the Edmonton trail location. I have been using their services for few years now and they never disappointed me. This is one of the only store to swap your tires for free if they are on their wheels. They are better than Costco in this regard, no need to stand up in line at 4am in the morning. Kal tire provides guarantee for all their products and services. I love their orange decors, Starbucks coffee and free popcorn ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased our tires and rims from Kal Tire and are very happy with both the service and products from this branch. They previously used to offer free tire swaps if you bought tires and rims from them, but unfortunately they do not offer that any more (as mentioned to me by store staff). They will honor that if you got the deal prior to last February when their policy changed. We are happy with the service here but they lost one star because of their phone support. I had to call 3 times to set up an appointment for a tire swap. Each time the person on the other end of the line took my number and said they would call me back during that day when they were less busy. They never did and I mentioned that each time I called. While the work they do is good, they could use a little brushing up on customer service during busy times.

I contacted Jonas for a quote, which he sent in a timely and professional manner and he even followed up to make sure I understood and got everything I needed to send to my work. This morning I called to book and was given an appointment straight away. I dealt with Armin to drop off my car for my winter tires. He was extremely helpful and I felt I was given a great deal and was treated with the upmost respect. I have definitely had poor experiences in the past when dealing with car maintenance services but this one was a great experience from start to finish. Will definitely use these guys next time I need anything done with my tires. Keep up the great work!
