The team at British auto specialists kept me in the loop throughout the diagnostic and repair process, and completed the work quickly and exactly as quoted. The waiting area was fantastic, and overall my experience with British auto was extremely pleasant. I’ll be returning for all my Rover repair needs, and I’d encourage anyone else to do the same!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car for oil change for the first time and was very pleased with the service they offered. It’s a nice family run business who was very welcoming, the car inspection and details were very well explained. I happen to meet who seems to be one of their long time customer who was there to pick up their rover too and the way they expressed themselves made me feel like m sure my car is in good hands and who care about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t think there is even close to enough great things I could say about this place. Hands down the best Automotive shop I have EVER stepped foot in. They were so incredibly accommodating, and while I’m sure they can’t always be like that - it was amazing. I felt very comfortable with my Land Rover being in their shop and after many bad experiences with Shops in Lethbridge like literally was told by one shop manager “these types of cars should have stayed in that part of the world and have no business being in North America”. The first shop I tried in Calgary was a breath of fresh air. All the employees seem very pleasant and this is a business I’m happy to support and recommend to everyone! <3 will for sure return in the future and I’m sure my car will thank me for it too :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had our first experience with BAS last week for our Land Rover. Exceptional Service. Pat is a pleasure to deal with on the front desk. Kirk explained everything that was needed and the time required. Great job on everything! I doubt I’ll go back to the dealership. Kirk also took the time to answer all my questions for my second vehicle and I’ll be taking that to him as well for routine maintenance. Great experience and will be using BAS moving forward!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kirk, Pat, and the team at BAS earned themselves a 5-Star review for top class service of my older model Range Rover today. My first time here, I came in for an oil change, and they took the time to listen to a concern I had nagging me for months related to throttle in idle. Kirk and his technician were able to quickly identify it as a common issue and perform the appropriate fix at the same timeframe as my oil change! Other shops didn’t want to be bothered with my concern unless I scheduled a full day diagnostic appointment. My baby runs and starts so smooth now with zero throttle issues after this service, it feels brand new again. I’m new to Calgary and have already found a new home for my RR Sport HSE servicing needs! BAS has a very accommodating waiting area, and also within walking distance is Queen’s Breakfast & Cocktails and also the long-standing Deerhead Cafe.

From the moment you are greeted by Pat until you meet with Kirk who patiently listens to you explaining what needs to be done with your car, you feel you are talking to family friends you have known for years. The complaints I had that Range Rover service could not address, Kirk took care of in one day. I am very happy with the British Auto Specialists and highly recommend them to anyone who cares about their car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saved me money with bang-on advice. Called to get a quote on replacing stabilizer bar bushings, Kirk explained that on our model of Range Rover it was more likely to be an issue with the stabilizer bar links - an easy fix I could do myself. The least I could do was order the parts through him, which he had on hand for me the next morning, and a very reasonable price!
An hour of work at home, and sure enough, my clunking noise is gone. Will definitely be using BAS for any future maintenance and repairs - hard to find good, honest shops like this these days!
