W	W Langford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up my car from the amazing guys at Renfrew Auto. They went the extra mile to repair my car. My Subaru had an issue with the block that no one else in Calgary could fix. They found a machinist and ordered in a specific kit and ended up saving me close to $3,000. Because they are simply the best. I love the fact that they have a large sign on the wall, saying exactly how they are going to provide you great service and they mean every word. Earl, Erich and Christen are great guys. Always cheerful and excellent at what they do. Good people, doing great work. They are exactly who you want to have on your side.

Especially as someone who doesn't know a whole lot about cars, it's good to know I can trust Earl, Kristen and Bill with something so important! Earl really makes you feel like family and I love how supportive he is of local businesses. His "old school" honest and fair way of doing things is refreshing in a world of corporate takeovers that is witnessing the inevitable disappearance of mom and pop shops. In a business rife with dishonesty, I wholeheartedly recommend Renfrew Auto to anyone looking for top notch, high quality service!

Their demeanor is uplifting, professional and they are able to explain their process and answer all of my questions. I appreciate their candor and willingness to help me prioritize and plan for the work that my vehicle needs while respecting my budget and timelines. We started with the options to ensure I'm safe on the roads and this week I required some surprise/urgent help. They were efficient and exceeded expectations (I'm pretty sure my car is cleaner than when I dropped it off). Earl was up front about what they had done, what they had diagnosed and gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. Didn’t feel I was being upsold or having my pockets scraped. They handled both my 20year old neon, and the 4 year old Jeep professionally and kept us informed at every step. Would totally recommend this place to others! No nonsense.

I felt very confident in having Renfrew Auto do the work. They went over my vehicle to check for any other issues that I may not have been aware of. Earl advised me on a few other maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. They took care of those for me as well. I plan to keep driving my Acura for several more years and am grateful to have found a shop I can trust. I know my car is in good hands with Renfrew Auto!

We took our car in to have the brakes inspected and we’re told that for his “best quality” parts and all four wheels it would be close to $2,100 bucks, but he could also do it for $1,100 but he would be cutting out fees and labours and using cheaper parts. Then when we went to pick up our car, “someone” had put a note in our locked car about wanting to buy our car. After to going to an actual brake shop we had the job done for close to 3 time less then Earl quoted, with it being done in 3 hours and warranty included on parts and labour. When I asked about the specific part Earl told us was the reason for the cost, this place told us that part is actually 100% just needed a little cleaning! If you can avoid it don’t waste your time or money going here.
