The service has gone down the drain.
Waiting almost 30minutes for a coffee is alittle much. They have poorly scheduled shifts. They shouldn't have one person working the till and making drinks during the lunch hour when 9 people line up.
The employee who is actually there alone tried calling the manager and she never showed up even after being paged 3 times .
What a shame. The people who work here are REALLY nice but the way things are set up here do not work.
I'll be travelling to the superstore Starbucks from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What is with this location? They're always understaffed at peak times and they close randomly. The last 3 times I've come (around 430/5 pm) there have been people standing around looking for the girl. Who has left the kiosk to get supplies from the store. Why are you doing this as everyone gets off work and arrives to shop? The time before that, they had a quality control guy there, a line of 4 people waiting for drinks, and a line of 2 at the till waiting for ONE GIRL to do it all. While the other girl stood idly by following the QC guy. This store needs to get its s**t together considering there's another Starbucks up the street at superstore.
Edited to 1 star. Went back on my way out with groceries, still no one there. So that's the 5th time I've left this location without making a purchase. Wonder how much money this location loses this way?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered the matcha latte 3 times from here, each time made by a different person, and each time, the matcha is not mixed at all, and I end up drinking it with large chunks of matcha. You can clearly see the huge deposits of matcha at the bottom of the cup, as well as chunks floating on top. This never happens at other Starbucks.. I will not be getting a drink from here again unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a frapp. There was 2 girls working. One just standing at the till. The other making the drinks. Me and two other customers. The girl making my drink took 5 minutes to make my drink. But she also forgot the ice? So I paid $6.45 for milk and syrup!?!? But since she took so bloody long I didn't complain. I just wanted to get out of the store with a drink....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Messed up both mine and my friends orders. Points didn’t show up at all in my app even though she scanned it 3x. Gave the wrong size and didn’t care. Made the persons order after mine before mine. I guess at least the place was clean.
