★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is it that everytime I order SIMPLE burgers (double cheese or jr. Chicken) I am 99% of the time asked to pull forward and wait?!? McDonald's is supposed to be FAST FOOD not slow food. This location is particularly horrible for making you wait as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally a great experience here. Always get breakfast before work here and service is a bit lousy at times, and attitude from employees are generally mediocre! But I'm not sure why, but everyday I get a breakfast sandwich from here, there are ALWAYS egg shells in my egg and it ruins my experience of a great sandwich. The employees here need to watch for egg shells when they crack the eggs for cooking pls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOUSY SERVICE. waited about 10 min to be served. I Had to call the lobby person to get someone to get my order. He did but I still had to wait a bit. Finally crew-josef came up to get my order. So I mentioned no one came to get my order, #We're busy# was the answer I got from him. So got my meal, good thing I decided not to take out or I would have driven off without the drink. So I had to call the manager -Richard to let him know the SERVICE was LOUSY. but then again, it took awhile before the manager came after the crew advised the manager that I wanted to talk to him. Well?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been going here for some time now and it's been a great experience, staff is always friendly, polite and professional. Very rarely, mistakes happen and they're always eager to correct them. It's not a big deal, mistakes happen. This last experience was one of those. An item from my order was missing and I hadn't checked while I was leaving the drive-thru. I got home and called them and Grace (the manager I believe) said to just come by whenever and expressed her apology. No problem, I can swing by today. I get to the drive-thru window and explain to the attendant that Grace had said I could come by, and he went to grab her. She was so sweet and apologized profusely. She added a couple complimentary items and coupons and apologized many many times. It was such a minor mistake that I hadn't really thought anything of it and she definitely made this into a memorable experience. We will definitely continue coming here. Incredible service and staff, one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best McDonald's in the area. The staff are always great inside, always ask if you've been helped or need help. Drive through always has clear speaking people and people that listen. Food is always hot! Makes a big difference when you get your Fries! Y'all know that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in the city. Save your time, money, and mental health. I will never frequent this mcdonald's again. After constant mistakes and no recognition from staff. Plenty of other spaces nearby worth it over this. Unacceptable. This time around paid for the egg belt. Have the receipt. Both bagles came sans egg. Has happened to us multiple times now!
