He remotely walked us through multiple homes using video conferencing. His experience with home construction made the process less worrisome given that we were depending on his eyes to spot potential problem areas and to insure that we would be getting a good value. He responded quickly to all of our inquiries throughout the house hunting and purchasing processes up through the day of closing. We were very happy on possession day when we finally got to put our own eyes on the home that we had purchased. Everything that had been presented to us by Tyler throughout the process through photos, video conferencing, and written correspondence proved to be just as advertised. We are very happy with the service that Tyler provided us and would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home in Calgary (even if done remotely).
