★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke this place is! Wouldn't honor the employee discount that my young person has as an employee at another location- didn't have a clue on company policies. When we told them to forget it they all of a sudden wanted to discount one meal...we still walked away...other locations always honor the employee discount for whole order. Deerfoot city stinks of corruption!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty and slow sums up this review. One of the slowest (9 min) teams around, just to get a burger and cup.
Tables weren't cpeaned off. All 4-5 employees were running around bairly filling orders. Could cut the frustration in the air with a knife. Just heard employees apologizing by complaining about staffing issues.
Will not be back to this location for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to drive thru girl did not understand my order took over 5 minutes than I finally thought I should go inside. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes no one showed up and I can see girls wondering around only one girl making sandwiches and two girls at drive thru. When I asked for service the manager start shouting at me for not using the automated machines if I can't wait for an hour. Worst customer service I have reported them to head office. I hope everyone else does the same. Thnx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give zero stars. I have never had a successful visit at this place. The incompetence of the staff is overwhelming. I keep going back as it's the closest to my house and in hopes that next time will be better. But it never is :(. WHY DO I KEEP PUNISHING MYSELF??!! Staff gaslighting me about sugar in my coffee, not understanding people that are lactose intolerant can't eat cheese, not putting ANY hamburger patties in a big Mac. These are separate instances but everytime I go it is always something new. Not even speaking to the Mcmanager helps. Drive on to the next one. #MClostcause #MCdontgothere #wherestheMCbeef

Restaurant and washroom were clean, staff were professional and prompt. The made the food upon arrival, was hot and tasty!
Overall a pleasant experience dining in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered chicken mcmuffin and asked for fresh i waited 5 minutes on 2nd window . When i got my sandwich it was burned from sides and hard at some corners i went inside and asked them to replace they replaced it but they showed me a picture in which it suppose to be burned from sides but not hard to eat. I believe its bad way to make a sandwich. But that person was very nice and he explained me everything and replaced the sandwich

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant has really friendly staff usually, I always see the same two employees whenever I go in for my morning tea and lunch/break, since i work in the area.
But today, 3 of the girls prepping drinks near the drive thru window decided it was a good idea to gossip on the job, my tea order being one of the topics. My preference for sugar in my tea, doesn't mean I have cavities.
I think it goes without saying, but if you're going to gossip about customers, maybe make sure they can't hear you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always quick to post my order. So far, the team hasn't missed any part of my meals (I usually order minimum 3 orders) as opposed to other McDonald's whom I will remain anonymous (near a particular school...) ?
Definitely recommend for a quick bite with reliable staff on the job. The only criticism I have is the unusual first window after the telecom prompter where you order food. The turn is quite tight to be able to get close to the window to pay. Though having an extension for their debit machine helps, it's just really awkward and probably unnecessary.
