My daughter has been doing Muay Thai here for 2 years now and she loves it. She has a speech delay and taking kickboxing has helped boost her self confidence. Kru Chis is great with the kids and adults too. I've been taking private lessons with Kru Chris and he's a champion for a reason. I always come out of his sessions with a whole new appreciation for the art of Muay Thai.

Before landing with ARASHIDO, we did different tryouts disciplines with my son who is diagnosed with ASD, so following etiquette for someone like him is tough and takes time. This dojo was the first Dojo to embrace him and helped him learn a sport and Dojo etiquette! I must add too that the sport is also something that cater to the kind of human he is, with sensory processing disorder, Muay Thai, is the perfect sport: no shoes, baggy shorts and gets that muscle sensory needed. Almost 4 years later, my kid has his challenges but he’s one of the team! Theses people are inclusive, respectful and professional. Your kid can’t do one discipline, there’s other 2 they can try! Now my youngest just started BJJ, tho COVID lockdowns have been a challenge, in person classes are filled with learning, structure and fun! Highly recommend this place, come try out!!

This place is fantastic. The instructors and people at the classes are so welcoming and friendly. Such a great atmosphere overall and I love the techniques the instructors teach and will help correct your form and such. "Practice doesn’t make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect" and that is exactly what they help you with. Will definitely put my son in classes here when he is of age!

Not sure whether karate instructor tries to encourage all of the kids there or he does it on pick and choose basis. No communication with parents one on one unless you go and ask questions. I've seen discrimination and still not aware after so many months who gets what belt and on the basis of what skills. Never sending my kid to this place again.

Love this place! Started with my husband and son joining Jiu Jitsu four and a half years ago and Monitor JP is absolutely amazing:)Now, not only have I joined Jiu Jitsu this last year, my daughter has joined Karate as well. All the instructors here whether it’s BJJ, Karate or Muay Thai are amazing with the kids and have tons of patience with us adults! It’s a wonderful place to train and would definitely recommend!!

The instructors here are experienced and it shows. The way they keep the kids engaged and moving while teaching them, is constructive and entertaining for students and parents. I can see why this organization has been around for so long and why they continue to be successful. Highly recommend!

My son has been attending Arashido since March 2021. We moved from Airdrie and had to find a new dojo. We went to different places and tried different martial arts in the city. As soon as we left Arashido, his face lit up and he felt at home. He begged to start classes right away. The instructors are great. Fair, open and honest. My son leaves tired but feeling great. Great communication with everyone in the office. We love it there. We've seen so much growth in my son thanks to Arashido.
