★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like to train here they have lots of new equipment. I love training there with the super duper nice instructors. I am a purple belt and we lots of things for leadership. I think training here has made me more fit and much stronger I really recommend coming here to train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only speak for first impressions as I stopped in this evening for a meet and greet and to get some information about what they have to offer. I was a bit nervous going in but Vince was very welcoming and strait forward with everything, no high pressure sales tactics or crazy pitches just honest answers. I explained that i was looking at one other gym and he even encouraged me to check them out first to see if they would be a better fit. After our talk honestly I doubt I will bother checking the other place out and just figure out when to start here because I have wanted to find a place that feels like a small knit family gym and not a meat market.
