It may seem overwhelming to distill your entire household of possessions into an essentials box or bag but it can be done. The rule of thumb is to include all essentials that you’ll need for at least 24 hours.

C	Colleen Badger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended TSM Moving from a friend who recently moved. Everything started out fine, the crew was on time, which was appreciated, and they were friendly. I did find them lazy and sloppy while moving my furniture, resulting in several wall dings and one large ceiling gouge. They complained on several occasions about only making $12/hr which is highly unprofessional. I informed the company of a piano located in the basement and confirmed these facts 3 times, and each time I was reassured this could be done. On moving day, they refused to move the piano saying "they don't pay me enough, it's not worth my risk." Luckily, the new home owners didn't take possession the next day as the piano was stuck there after so-called arrangements with TSM. At the end of the day, my daughter and I were left with placing the furniture where we wanted it because they didn't care where anything went. The furniture was left completely wrapped in plastic which we also had to take off and dispose of ourselves. Two bed frames were simply not put together but they threw the mattress on anyway to make it appear that the frame wasn't missing several components and an entire supporting beam, which it was. Would not recommend TSM to anyone, nor would I use this company again.

The movers came when they were supposed to, and moved all of my things without any damage to my belongings or the walls. I have a fair bit of delicate glasswork so that was appreciated. The movers were friendly and worked hard. Very impressed with the experience.

Friendly, professional, and brought light humour to a really uncomfortable situation. When my ex did not want to take all his belongings (especially the large heavy stuff from the basement) they were very kind and moved it to the back yard so it could be sold on Kijiji. Thank you to Shane and the guys for doing a fantastic job. :)
J	Jo Rex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joseph and Jason were excellent movers of our 3 bedroom home. Not a single “ding” or damage to any walls. They were fast and efficient and amazed us with their strength. Jason, in particular, was a power horse and carried several boxes on his own. I was a bit apprehensive at first because of the seemingly expensive price, but in the end it was excellent value and I have no regrets. We were highly impressed with this team and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Also zero accountability by Kari there to even reply back to calls and emails after damaging these items, several others and gouging a few walls in our previous home despite us using TSM to move us out, store some of our belongings while our new place was getting built and moving us in. How's that for service?!?

J	Josh W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TSM was AWESOME! I had a rush move to do last month and only had 1 days notice to give a moving company. I called and was able to book a truck for the next night. Luckily I didn't have too much to move, but everything arrived safely at my new home with no damage whatsoever! Everything was moved so fast and we were done within no time. The guys were great, they were kinda bummed about doing an extra move in the evening, but they did a great job! Would definitely use them again and recommend the highly!
