Glad to see that Buhler's has welcomed a woman on board..tough as nails and can move a mountain I'm sure..Pat was understanding and a gentleman..I will recommend Buhler's to anyone planning a move..GOOD JOB?

If you look on mymovers.com, the Bester Business Bureau and Google there is review after review referencing this company's abysmal customer service, unresolved property damage and their deceitful practice of overcharging customers with charges that were not agreed upon. Should you have a dispute that you would like to resolve, rather than listen, solve and de-escalate the situation, the owner "S" instead resorts to condescension, name calling and threats. Ensure you read your contract and DO NOT pay for charges that are not on it, or provide them a credit card as they will suddenly have additional storage fees, moving fees and even snow removal. As the proprietor of this company, S truly should not be in a customer facing role as she clearly lacks the ability to effectively deal with customers or resolve issues. The quote they provide is truly not worth the extra charges, hassle and lack of customer service.

The crew that packed up our belongings in Calgary were considerate, kind and very efficient! There was a bit of a mix up with our delivery date in Victoria but after contacting the owner, he moved mountains to ensure we had our stuff on the original promised date. Miscommunications and mistakes happen, it's what a company does to fix them that makes the difference and Buhler moving went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

A lot of care went into wrapping our bedframes, freezer, etc. We were very pleased with the whole loading experience. Would highly recommend Buhler's to anyone moving.

When I called to complain, talked to Sue and she just laughed. She thought that it was funny that we had all these damages. When I told her that I would like to be reimbursed for the damages she said “well that’s not going to happen”. After months of trying to get a hold of the owner, Ron, all he could say was read your contract, and hung up on me. They hire guys off the street corner and these guys were constantly asking how much my things were worth. After four months of calls and emails, they paid me $280.00 for the damages. But wait, there was a $100.00 deductible on the claim. So ended up with $180.00 for $1800.00+ in damages. The price we agreed to was $4600.00, when I received my Mastercard statement it was over $5600.00. STAY AWAY FROM THE COMPANY.
