Recently completed cabinet work in my home with Quality Craft Kitchen. I want to say that this company offers very competitive rate for high quality and contemporary cabinet work. The staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. They will go and above beyond to improve customer satisfaction. They were also able to design and install my cabinets at a very short notice. I highly recommend Quality Craft Kitchen for all your cabinet needs.

Unprofessional and unwilling to fix an issue that is easily fixed. Wanted a cabinet door replaced (under warranty no less) and was unwilling to see the problem through to completion. Worker showed up at my home without scheduling an appointment. Proceeded to do poor quality work in fixing a panel that should have been an easy-fix. Rushed through the job just to get out of there. Did not offer a solution to the issue with the cabinet door and have not followed up. With regard to the cabinet door, they apparently ordered the door but were sent the wrong colour and informed me they have no idea when anything will be in stock. From the first time I dealt with them, they showed that they wanted to cut corners and not do a job properly because they couldn't be bothered.

Terrible communication, refused to fix mistakes. Go find somewhere else to get your kitchen done. Will not be doing any more business with these toddlers who call themselves professionals.

If you decide to use them please make sure to get all that they promise written and signed if not he will leave you stranded last minute. In initial meetings he speaks about how unprofessional the contractors are these days and so on and he himself acts like one. As we never went ahead with them due to him mentioning half of the things he promised to deliver was not included in the quote I cannot say anything about the quality of work. My opinion not worth simply due to the way the deal with the customers.

WOW. We are extremely happy with the value provided by Quality Craft Kitchens. From Sonika, to Jag to the owner Sam and everyone in between, they provided outstanding customer service and a quality finished product. We hired quality craft to complete our bar and laundry room cabinets including quartz counters and sinks. Everyone was so helpful and showed they cared. Our project was completed in 5 weeks which other companies said would take 16+ weeks. With every project, there are bound to be some items that need to be corrected. We had a few small items that weren’t quite how we wanted them. The owner Sam called me and said they’d be here to change it out the following week. He genuinely cared that my wife and I were happy with the final product. I highly recommend! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

While I am somewhat happy with the outcome of the designed item, it was not initially what I asked for. The center boxes for the bookshelf were to be one item, but the measurements were wrong when given to the designer, and it was 4 inches too short. The fix was recommended to be filler pieces to make it look good but was not what was asked for. The side pieces were also wrong, as the window is not centred on the wall. That was the initial problem (concessions had to be made to change the two box set up for the center due to not having enough material left). Once onsite, the installers measured wrong where to put the opening for the left-hand outlet and had to cut a second hole in the backing, while on the right side, they cut the hole too long; thus, the outlet could not be mounted correctly on the backing. I also found afterwards that they damaged other furniture in the room while installing. The custom-built cabinet for my 3D printer was gouged, and the handles for the doors were broken off while I found the printer itself was knocked around inside as well. When I arrived to pay and note the incorrect cutouts and finalize payments, the owner was also screaming and berating his employee with me standing in the room. He then also brushed it off as a "rough day." When the issues were brought up, he told me that his guys had done hundreds of installs with no problems, brushing off my complaints. He then gave me a blank outlet plate to install myself and an $80 discount to make up for the issues. I will not be going back to this company for the way that the employees are treated and the way the owner does not take accountability for the issues that are encountered.
