★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can not believe the disrespect I had to deal with moving out today. most of my property was carelessly thrown into the backyard, breaking nearly all of my dishes, along with a TV and table getting damaged aswell because my hired movers were not able to come before the walk through inspection. After that they tried to stick us with multiple different old damages to the house that had been there when we moved in, such as water damage under the sink that had been painted over prior to our tenancy. they tried sticking us with anything they could to not give back the damage deposit. this has absolutely ensured I'm never going to even think of living at another boardwalk apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice property. Fair sized units. It's very well kept and the lawn in well maintained. Good neighbours and quite. There's a little corner store and liquor store close by, makes getting snacks and drinks easy. Nice open lawns and there's a couple parka and soccer fields close by so great for children and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management at this location is very responsive to any issues that arise. Our unit was a little noisy at times during the day as it was close to the office and maintenance building but they are working on ways to improve this. I found it this way because I work from home so there all day long. If I was still at the office it would have been a non issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I have ever lived and worst property management company I’ve ever had to deal with. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! On your move out, they will charge you $750 in dust cleaning fees then send your debt to collections 6 years later.
