★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless management company! Been trying to get issues fixed for more then a year, they don’t correctly fix, or refuse to fix issues that are present! Stay far away from these clowns!!
Reported leaking roof and windows in November, roof may be fixed, but after having 4 visits and repairs I have low faith. Windows still not addressed.
Massive crack in driveway, and foundation sinking and they sent report saying no issues.
Trying to have issues fixed to sell property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelly McLean of Quarter Park Management manages our property in SW Calgary. There was water leaking after installation of brand new washer and dryer in our property in November 2021, damaging more than half of the flooring. We contacted Kelly forthwith. She is very patient, friendly and guides us all the way from remediation of the water issue to final replacement of the flooring. The whole process is indeed very stressful. I can see, without Kelly's assistance and support, it will be much worse. Thank you once again, Kelly.

They are a very ethical, effective and detailed oriented company who have brought us a lot of value. They have dealt very effectively with reducing arrears, represented us well when dealing with vendors and contractors and advised us on various projects and financial matters.

Always finding excuses on how busy he was and amount of properties he has to manage. Very unprofessional person that would hang up phone on you without reaching out a solution. Stay away from this company. All they care is about collecting your money on time and when it comes to issues good luck getting this guy to do his job.
Respond to the owner:
It's funny how the owner of the company can respond my review the next business day and wont respond my email for 4 months!
Norm has history of failure to inform/act on certain issues based on other reviewer.
The situation on his response was not the case.
Yes, the condominium has duty to respond but they also have the duty to inform and respect unit owner's property prior any repair or service. Not just gave me an invoice at the end of the day.
The failure of his part to inform and the decision they made was never communicate. He should be held accountable on failure of his part.
