Bad attitude, poor workmanship, and for snow removal we were lucky if the sidewalks were clear 3 days later. Pathetic people and pathetic work. If I could give less stars I would.

When they do show up (which is extremely rare & only after numerous complaints) their guys do maybe half the work they're contracted to do & half is being generous! Walkways are never cleared, covered in ice & dangerous to walk on, roads are rarely plowed & maybe a shovel full of gravel put down. And that only many days after a storm. If you want to pay a company to never show up & leave you open to all manner of liabilities...then Summit is your 1st choice. If you want a company that'll do the job they're hired to do when their required to do it...look elsewhere!! I gave them 1 star only because this system won't allow negative numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Friday a friend and I were walking thru the Harley Hotchkiss park after strolling thru MacDougall. There was a lady there in a summit vest and we asked if she was responsible for the grounds. She said she had an amazing team working hard to keep them beautiful. We mentioned how wonderful they were and that we equally loved MacDougall. She mentioned that was also her companies contract. We told her she should be proud of the work they are doing and to keep up the good work. Its appreciated!
