Managing a condominium can be stressful, especially when pipes leak or roofing fails. BlueNova Construction Ltd. specializes in handling maintenance and renovations for condominiums in the Southern Alberta area.
We are exceedingly quick at responding to requests for service and also maintain a 24-hour emergency call line, so when you need us, we are there as soon as possible.
We are practised at dealing with condo boards and are able to provide detailed quotes that include all necessary expenses and a firm time line. We are maintaining or renovating people’s homes, so we know that it is important to not only get the job done quickly, but get it done the right way the first time.
Our highly skilled staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for all emergency services. We keep to all current city building codes and all of our employees are insured and bonded.
Our general contracting services include insulation, drywall, painting, flooring, electrical and plumbing, roofing, decks and fencing, siding, soffit and facia, plus windows and doors. We also provide waste management (junk removal and cleaning); emergency services (water and mould remediation) plus can complete visual inspection of your building, exterior and interior, and written reports as well.
