They have managed one of my property located in the Point McKay Area and their professionalism, which includes tenant management and any maintenance issues have been one of the key strength. They have knowledgably staff and Maintenance Team in their organization and core value that puts Owners and Tenants for long term relationship that works for both parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went through a 2 week process to be approved during which I turned down other suites. Once approved I was brought an incorrect lease then the property manager forgot about our follow up meeting. I sent a deposit only to be notified 12 hours later that they were canceling the offer to lease. I now need to find a place in less than a week as a working single mom. They treated me with a total lack of respect and as if I was "lesser than". They are probably great if you are a landlord but as a tenant stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Westhawk for over 15 years professionally and they are always one of the most prepared and organized clients I have. They understand the industry better then most and I refer every landlord I deal with to them for property management.
On a different note I have also rented with them for 5 years and any and all concerns have been dealt with promptly and respectfully. They take care of their tenants and the properties so anyone who has complained that they haven't done that is not telling the whole story. They fully know the rules and they follow them so again anyone saying they took extra rent is not honest with the story as I don't believe that would ever happen.

My property has always been rented with no issues. Westhawk’s professional team takes care of all maintenance issues and I never have to worry about that. They screen properly and always find good tenants. Westhawk gets the job done.

We've always found the team to be great partners in maintaining our property, finding us responsible tenants, and effectively managing the tenant relationship. Julia is extremely knowledgeable and efficient, and we've never had to worry about our property even when we've been half a world away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve worked professionally with Westhawk for 10 years. They have always been professional and upfront with us. They also do the best they can to take care of their landlord, and tenants’ property. I even recommended them to my neighbor, after noticing he was having a hard time finding good renters, and within a month the home was rented to a really nice young couple. I recommend calling them if you are looking to rent, they maintain many of properties around Calgary, I’m sure you’ll find what you’re looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented from this god awful company for 4 years. After a personal difference between Julia and myself I found that all of a sudden she was not going to renew my lease. Even though I always paid my rent on time, never had any issues with neighbors or partying, never had any damages in either property I rented, still she chose to cause me and my children to try and find a place within 40 days during this crazy time. She didn't even offer my family the rental increase in which she was seeking. That is how I know this is vengeance. This company allows personal matters to come between their integral duties as a property management company. Run from this company as fast as you can.

They are always professional and very prompt if I ever had any issues and usually had someone out that day of the very next day to fix any concerns. The staff have always been very polite, kind and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking to rent. If I am ever in the position where I need to rent again, Westhawk would be the only company I would go to. I found Joanna very easy to communicate with and book times with for my out inspection and was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Cindy was also a pleasure to deal with. Great company!!
