★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke. I had gotten a sleep apnea machine and was told by a sun life rep that it was directly billable. This was in 2019. I still have the respiratory clinic calling me asking for updates. I have called 6-7 times and spoken to a rep and addressed my concern Every time the say they will address it but they do nothing.
