When I first called I got services in French because my English wasn't good and trough out the years they've been wonderful with us. Now I've moved back to Quebec, unfortunately I had to cancel my insurance with them and once again they've been very helpful. Jun in particular gave me an awesome service. Thank you for all this good service.

We reviewed my existing insurance policies and in view of my upcoming purchase of a new house, Jun recommend appropriate life/term insurance to help me save and avoid paying for redundant insurance policies that will not protect or help my family if something bad happens to me. Jun has an excellent customer service, always available for any clarifications or questions,and provides me with finalized insurance policies on time. He is proactive - he updated my records and provided me updated copies of our car insurance pending our transfer to the new house next week. Lastly, Jun never failed to get in touch with me and my family throughout the pandemic which showed that I am not only a customer to him but also a fellow human he looks after.

Thankfully Dawn, at Sylvain Crocq Desjardins was able to help me get the board set up with better insurance. She got our insurance premium nearly halved saving us thousands per year! I am so grateful for her help and guidance. Their office is easy to access, close to home and no complicated network with hard to reach agents. She replies to my inquiries promptly and has been an excellent source of help and understanding. Thank you so much Dawn!
