G	GreenMachine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Process was good, Sales staff was good, but when didn't know something, misrepresented the facts... building our house and choosing everything was great, but you really have to have a good idea what you want, or you may regret not getting something (ie door between Master bedroom and on suite, or proper lighting). The after care was the best though, really looked after us for the year with a great warranty tech. Would build with Avi again.

Their Livingston area sales manager Sylvia was very responsive with communication, flexible with meeting times and presented information but didn't push for answers. The Avi Selections center was a great experience also, there was a good variety of options to choose from and my design consultant, Nicole, was very helpful in pick options that look great together. So far the process has gone great and I can't wait till the house is completed!

My sales rep Michelle Ponce was wonderful throughout the whole process. We have recommended other family members to purchase Homes by Avi mostly because we know they'll be well taken care of with her. When there were delays due to COVID, she kept us in the loop of the whole process and made sure we got any information as soon as it became available. The quality of the build was very good and we've not had any issues since we moved into the house. Even with the delays, they were still able to delivery our home nearly a month earlier than was previously anticipated. The building manager Andy made sure of this. Overall, it was a good experience purchasing from Homes by Avi and would do so again.

She was truly amazing and knowledgeable person. All the changes and pricing were clearly communicated and documented. Homes by Avi team was very helpful and gave ample information in the entire thought process that goes into how the materials differ, what to choose, how will look like, pricing, etc. Even after the possession, Don Rogers, Warranty Technician from Homes by Avi has been super nice and always provided us with great tips on home maintenance. I'd definitely recommend Homes by Avi Builders.
