★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Just In Time Furnace on Groupon, and I wanted to inquire about their vent cleaning service, so I called their number. I was impressed with the customer service I got from Patty. She was knowledgeable, honest, enthusiastic, and extremely helpful. I was advised that my apartment wasn’t fit for their service, and I was given tips to clean out my vent. And because of this, when I buy a house, they will for sure be doing my vent maintenance. ?

Joe and Adam were excellent; Joe offered several maintenance tips that will save us money going forward (very much appreciated!) and Adam was incredibly conscientious and thorough. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blower on my furnace died at noon on a Sunday. Called and dispatcher warned me that the 1 guy working was busy but told me not to worry and he will be there that same day. Rates are transparent and fair. Luigi was professional, clean and had heat blowing before 8pm. Highly recommend!

The two technicians that arrived were knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and efficient. All in all the service took just over an hour. The techs were also good sports about having to work in the crawlspace. Very much appreciated and will use again in the future!

Matt showed up on time and assessed & fixed the problem quickly. Not only was the fix reasonably priced- but it was so much cheaper than other companies I had called. He was personable, friendly, explained what was wrong and overall it was a positive experience! Thanks Matt!

You can tell they really love what they do and it’s truly showcased in the work they do. Most recently I booked another furnace and duct cleaning and upon arrival they discovered that everything was already looking really clean. They took the time to explain that it wouldn't really be beneficial to do a full cleaning at this time and gave me some tips on furnace filters and maintenance. I appreciated the honesty and that they were willing to go away without charging me for any services that day. I highly recommend this company for their honesty, being punctual and friendly staff.
