At Alberta Indoor Comfort (previously Sears), we believe that your home is comfortable and working perfectly for you. The Diego went through and serviced my furnace with efficiently and did not have to check my hot water tank, but he did. Diego was professional, straight forward and upfront in his opinion and reason why.

Excellent Service and Knowledgeable technicians - big shout out to Diego who was super helpful. He not only did the maintenance on our furnace, hot water tank and humidifier, he took the time to assist with our electrical issue (learned a lot about out door electrical outlets).

Again, Alberta Indoor Comfort did not disappoint with servicing my furnace etc. this year. Their technicians Michael (for Maintenance) and Brandon (Installation of new Water Tank) were on time, were prepared, knew their stuff. A real pleasure interacting with these individuals !!!

I have been dealing with this company for more than 20 years. I had the worst nightmare after they installed a new furnace for me on September 17, 2021. The furnace had to pass the city inspection and it did not. It required a 20 minutes job to change the the Y into Two T’s, the inspector signed off on it and said, they will come and fix it and I don’t have to come back. Up till now they refuse to fis it to be up to code. To add to my nightmare, 2 months after installing the furnace, a growling beeping noise started coming out every 2 weeks and now every couple of days. This noise happens at any time of the day any time of the night. They said they will come and try to solve it, I hope they will not disappoint me again, let us wait and see. I lost trust in these people already, I should have gone somewhere else.

Our experience with Alberta Indoor Comfort, has not been good, very disappointing as a matter of fact. We were promised this & that and when it came for it to happen it was a fight to get any of the promised services--they were suppose to contact the city to set up appointments for the inspections, it took months for that to happen( aware of covid restrictions). There were other issues that I called & left a messages for Carla (co-owner) then finally Mike (owner), neither one returned the calls-tried texting, no response from owners-the only one that did respond was Daryl McDonald(salesperson) & he worked with us to get things fixed & finalized. The a/c & new furnace were installed end of June/2020- the final pymt was misplaced -we later found out the salesperson had it in a file and he was waiting to ensure the other issues were completed At the end of January we have finally received a passed inspection report from the city. So it has taken 7 months for this all to be completed- My Mom is a senior and I feel that they have taken advantage of her over and over.

updated review….my original post was a couple of hours ago. I did get a call from the owner who apologized for what transpired last week. I was happy she followed up with me right away regarding my concerns. She was very professional and listened to my concerns and I am grateful for that. Thanks so much for addressing my concerns in a timely manner it really is very much appreciated. That one call made all the difference. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” I had several quotes from different AC companies to do an install. This company was the second to give me a quote. We decided to put a deposit to secure a spot for an install but were aware we could change our mind within 10 days as stated on the document we signed. After my husband and I discussed further….we decided to call them back a couple of hours later to cancel the install. The gentleman we spoke to said that would be no problem and someone would call back to discuss the returning the deposit. A week has passed and no one has called back so I called to follow up. In addition, The individual who did the in home estimate called me back when he found out we cancelled the same day and was rather upset with me over the phone. I indicated we changed our mind and we would like to get more quotes from other companies as we have 10 days to cancel. Plus there was one concern he brought up regarding our furnace when he did the AC quote and I mentioned I wanted to deal with that first with the original furnace company we used as there was a warranty and we got it serviced less than 6 months ago. I was surprised how this was dealt with and we have the right to cancel as no job has been done yet. If it was dealt with in a different matter we would have considered this company still….even if we were going to hold off for the time being. However since there has been no follow up regarding returning my deposit and getting a rather unpleasant call from the home estimator it makes me think that since I gave a deposit and they didn’t follow up I’m not a priority anymore since they have my $1400 deposit.

Great service, great people. Went out of their way to help when our furnace died last winter. Highly recommend. We had them Aeroseal our ducts and upgrade our AC as well. The duct sealing has made a huge difference in our heating and cooling efficiency.

Alberta indoor Comfort replaced my old furnace several years ago when their maintenance check showed my furnace to have a cracked manifold potentially leaking Carbon dioxide. They were fast and efficient with a one day install. I decided to order my A/C from them because of their good services and products. Their quote was exactly what I paid. They were on time to install the unit. No mess left behind. I am very happy with their products and service. I live quite a ways out of the city and their travel rates are reasonable and fair. I will continue to use their services in the future. Very happy with their service and products. They always follow up on any work or installs they do.
