★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot stress how great the front desk staff are here. Too shelf service from Krista and Shannon every time. Best supply stop for anything finish carpentry related. This is the ONLY place i go for my finishing materials, don’t waste time shopping anywhere else. Open to retail customers too and they are friendly and knowledgeable so there’s no anxiety if you need help with anything. Best bar none!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a do it yourselfer and recently needed a few outdated mdf baseboard corners and had previously used Regal to supply when I renovated our house 5 or 6 years ago. Even though I needed only a few (3-4) pieces, Ian went looking for something that would work and located just the answer to my problem, called me back and put them aside for my pickup. - Wow, what service for a few piece sale! Imagine my surprise and appreciation futher yet when he gave me an excellent deal on the pricing. This kind of service is beyond expectation and I agree with all the postings here about Regal's excellent level of service.

Krista knew exactly what I needed by asking about three questions.
I was looking for an impossible part for my pocket door.
She sent me the model number to review to make sure and already set one side just in case it's what I needed. It was!
I wasn't able to get there by closing time, she left it outside the door for me.
Exceptional service!!! Thank you Krista!
