M	Mike Bouchard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor experience. 100% payment required before they begin to install, which was not advised beforehand, which means you are at the mercy of the cabinet company for install and their timing After payment was made it took over 4+ months to install, while doors, shelves, and molding was damaged by other trades because it had to be moved around throughout the house a number of times before installation was complete.... Measurements were off, so much adjusting was needed which meant having to request installers back a number of times Cabinets themselves were "ok", but overall experience was not positive...would not recommend Alberta Cabinet Mfgs for our next home.
B	Brad Braun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we remodeled our kitchen last year, my contractor recommended Alberta Cabinet Manufacturers (remodel was completed early 2020). ACM's pricing was competitive (in fact lower) and we were impressed with both the quality of the cabinets and available selection. The team at ACM was fantastic in working through the design process with us (we went through at least 3 different iterations / layouts) and provided some exceptional suggestions. There were a few hiccups with the installation, but there was consistent follow-up to ensure that we ended up with a great install. I'm writing this review just over a year post install. Why? For me, one of the MOST important criteria is whether or not a business will stand behind their product. At the end of last year, we noticed that a couple of the doors seemed to have a bit of a crack in the paint around the edges. Not a huge deal, but I got in touch with ACM to ask them to take a look. I was somewhat expecting that the response would be along the lines of "that's normal" or "that's because of the finish you selected". NOT SO! The owner came out personally to check it out and his response was, "this shouldn't happen. We'll make it right". They replaced not only the doors that were exhibiting the issue, but all of the rest as well. We love our kitchen (shout out to my contractor as well :-)) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ACM.
