K	K Max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very responsive over the long weekend during a cold snap and got my furnace going! Raul was awesome and showed up fast and knew exactly what to do to get the furnace going again. He was great! I called several furnace repair companies and A1 Chesney was the only company that was the most responsive after hours and on a holiday, especially for my Lennox furnace. Other companies I called that didn't deal with Lennox were quoting higher prices and longer service times because they don't have the same access to Lennox parts as A1 Chesney. When its -25, waiting several days for heat isn't an option, so A1 Chesney, Raul and their Sales Consultant Anna really came through and went the extra mile!

Austin the sales rep was very helpful and constantly in touch with me over several weeks as we arranged the install, which was somewhat complicated due to the electrical work at our older house. I was somewhat disappointed with the install; while the work was done competently the installer had some attitude bad mouthing his colleague. He also didnt have a good attitude with me as we had to coordinate with my electrician for said electrical issues. The lack of cooperation wasn't great but overall it didn't detract too much from the work. I'm now awaiting the install team to reach out to me to finish the job and haven't heard back from them. I may update my rating if everything pans out properly for the remainder of the install.

As they are open 24 hours especially in winter, they even offered to come immediately at night, but we took the early morning appointment. The technician George arrived on time, he was very professional, friendly, courteous and efficient. They had the part required to fix our 22 year old furnace and our furnace was up and running immediately!

B	Boobly Clinekin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called A1 Chesney at the suggestion of my neighbour, who is a longtime customer. They attended at my home in mid-December when the furnace stopped working. It was a very cold day, and by the time they were able to get to my home (and after several hours of my own failed attempts to restart the furnace) the furnace had started, so they were unable to diagnose the problem. When the same problem reoccurred a month later, I called them again. They came out quickly, and the problem still existed when the technician, Michael, arrived. Michael began troubleshooting in a quick but thorough manner. He found the likely issue, but was careful to check that the problem had been completely solved. Sure enough, within moments of starting, the furnace quit again. Michael got back to work and expertly located and fixed a further problem that would have caused issues for me down the road. I was very impressed with the service we received from A1 Chesney, and I will call them if/when I have furnace or similar issues in the future.

Phil was able to postpone some of his already scheduled appointments in order to install a new tankless hot water system in the house. He & Raheem did a great job with the installation & an excellent job of explaining the system to me, knowing that I was distracted with other matters. They were exceptionally professional in dealing with a difficult customer. I would recommend them anytime - you don’t often find people these days that would go out of their way to assist with a difficult situation. They gave me peace of mind and a great product. The plumbing was angled perfectly and the area was cleaned up after the work was completed. He went through the shut down and start up procedure as well as the safety features of the tank. I will strongly recommend A1 Chesney to my family and friends as I trust their work, they have great staff and they make it easy for you to remain a long time customer.
