They were like "either you share on phone now or share with technician on arrival" .. you folks should understand we are not going to run away with our house. Very unprofessional and illogical.

I couldn't believe how much more comfortable the systems they recommended made my living space. I can actually work in the basement without a sweater on now. The receptionist was very pleasant and indicated that a service tech would be there that same day. She called about 11 to indicate he was on his way (I always appreciate this kind of notification). Brian, the service tech was very friendly, approachable, and systematically performed his troubleshooting, while explaining each step of the process. He identified that the problem was a malfunctioning transformer. He had to drive to the supplier to get the replacement. He returned about an hour later and the repair, which was completed in a timely manner, was followed by a combustion chamber test to ensure the system was operating safely. I have no hesitation in recommending Brian for any furnace repair issues that may come up.

Brian was involved throughout. His service was excellent, prompt in responding, professional, efficient, skilled and with great consideration for the home owners. We have needed the services of plumbers several times in the past year and Peter have also provided excellent skilled service. We have also found the service on the phone very helpful and efficient. This is an excellent company.
