J	Jd D'souza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing but bad experiences! This company installed a new furnace and hot water tank for us several years ago. Since then we have had nothing but problems with the furnace. According to of them nine of the issues are ever covered under the warranty even the year after the install. When they come to the property they do nothing to correct the issue and then do not follow up, then send us a $500 bill for "leveling" the furnace that they originally installed. I hate leaving bad reviews, but have given Caon so many chances, but have been constantly disappointed by their service, responsiveness, and prices. I would NOT recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.

The technicians are very professional, courteous and take caution with the current COVID restrictions. They always take the time to explain the problem and the steps taken to address it. Caon provides excellent customer service, will definitely be calling them in the future!

Dispatch had a technician on site right away and he diagnosed the problem quickly. Having a strong understanding of the boilers, they were able to source parts from a different supplier/Manufacture. The technician had my building up and running the next day, If they didn’t try and source alternate replacement parts it would of left my tenants with out heat for over a week. I would recommend Caon to any other building operators out there.

I hired CAON to install a new furnace and hot water tank as they were not reliable during the latest cold snap. The dispatcher and estimator I worked with were wonderful in answering all my questions and providing a fair quote for the work. They were also able to complete it in a timely manner, with very little downtime for my family. The technicians that came in to complete the work were very professional, efficient, and did a fantastic and clean job with the installation. They were very thorough and explained what they did, the new specs, and how everything worked after the installation was complete. I would definitely use CAON Services again as the technicians and all other staff I had were wonderful, efficient and tidy considering the work they had to do in the winter. Thanks again for the great work! I will be sure to call CAON for all my plumbing and heating concerns!
