About Maverick Management
Owners can use our app to send in maintenance requests and communicate directly with their management team and the system keeps all updates neatly organized in that task to be reviewed later or added to one of our reports for the Board. Your manager can send a vendor a work order directly from the task and the system will notify the owner. In the vendors portal, they can view the status of the invoice for their completed work.

Phone calls and emails constantly ignored, not interested whatsoever in any semblance of decent customer service. When they do decide to correspond it is with a curt and disinterested tone. Avoid for your property management needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful management company. Trying to get an internet appointment set up to get into the electrical room was near impossible.
Had the landlord email them the week prior to our Monday appointment to get it set up, heard nothing from them, so phoned them in the morning on Monday to follow up.
Kept getting told I’d be put into touch with the “on-site” building manager to obtain the access Telus needed. Have not heard from this manager all day, and as I work from home, internet is essential to work, but appears to be impossible to get set up.
Do not use this company/move into one of their managed buildings unless you’re prepared for 0 customer service when calling them, and a terribly run and managed company.

I tried to call and they said they cannot do anything about it because its the board decision. I had to stall my renovators, my contractors and I could not move in until now. Over a month! Unbelievable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maverick deserves a 0-5 rating. William Bernicot is either very lazy or terrible at his job. Or both. Doesnt answer phone or reply to emails. Doesnt get anything done on time. Even the employees @ the front desk had nothing good to say about him. The 5 star ratings maverick has received are obviously fake if you read them. Avoid this company at all costs.
