★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farah Kurji has been a God send. I've seen about 4 different therapists before I found her. She made me feel validated, understood and actually helped me find coping mechanisms that aligned with my values and spiritual beliefs.
Her group classes are also super helpful in teaching you coping skills. Classmates are very supportive and the sessions are always interactive.
Highly recommend!
