★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many community recommendations, we went here to get our renovation painting started. However, one of the women that works there is incredibly rude to us. I realize that everyone is quite busy right now, surely anywhere with home improvement or project products are one of the busiest, but I was shocked at the attitude. As a fellow customer service rep, i was shocked. I ended up walking away quite upset and found a different retailer a few hours later.
I’ve given more than one star because the selection was great, the store was in lovely shape and the gentleman I spoke to at first was very kind. I realize one person having a bad day can negatively impact an entire business but I have to admit that I’m upset enough about this to not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this store since 2011. Every experience in the store or over the phone has been consistent and helpful. The service has been excellent, the staff knowledgeble and patient. I know it is difficult to recommned a paint colour because it is very personable. Mandy and Laura have assisted me time and time again and when I was thinking of going with a different colour, they asked pertinent questions and were very clear on why that colour would not work with what I had for trim nor was I going to get the colour result I wanted and then they clearly directed me to what would work. My house looks great!
And they deliver! Excellent service and great team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes you pay more for the product. Here is why, the customer service goes beyond the basic questions. All of the team members have helped me with various projects from painting my fireplace, redoing my cabinets, painting my walls, and recently for tiles. Each time they answer questions about the right techniques, the right colors, things to steer clear of all the while keeping track of each project so I can get touch up paint, etc. During the pandemic they made numerous trips to my house all within a few hours of ordering, when you come into the shop they treat you like family, and their knowledge of colors is just top notch.
Besides the incredible service of Brenda, Mandy, Crystal, and Dave the quality of paint is so easy to work with and doesn't need as many coats as lesser brands due.
I am so happy to support this family owned business.

Krystle listened to our ideas and helped us pick out paint colours that work perfectly in our home and flow nicely together. She also helped us choose tile for our fireplace feature. Everything is 100x better than I had even dreamed up! If you want your home to look spectacular, go here immediately, you will not regret it. Can’t rate this place highly enough with their knowledge, customer service and respect for budgets, they are truly exceptional.
