★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually have everything I need with honesty and integrity but today I ordered flooring for my house at a great deal online. Several hours later I received an email saying my order was cancelled with the reasoning “out of stock”. I called the customer service line where I was very rudely told no stock and too bad and he didn’t care what happened with my order because they don’t do rain checks, price matches or price honouring.
I went to the store to check and they had 171 units in stock. When I told them what had happened, they refused to honour the pricing. Instead they said the price was 18 times more expensive than what I ordered online.
When I called the customer service line again to explain they had it in stock and I received the cancellation due to being “out of stock” the gentleman spoke with someone for a 20 minutes while I was on hold, just to come back and say he’s not sure what happened but Lowes will not honour the pricing, or offer a substitute.
Lowes is part of the “Scanner Pricing Accuracy Code” which means they voluntarily joined a program that makes their policy to honour reduced prices, whether it be mistake or clearance. And they have not done that with this.
I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this location but after this very poor experience, that stops.
I will update if/when Lowes opts to make things better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best service I have had so far at this Lowe’s location.Bryan Farmers (Plumbing department) is a great man, very nice and helpful to his customer.He spent his time to help me to find what I need for my home improvement parts and show me how to fix and get it done right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a customer at this store since it’s opening. This review is for an employee. Amar from the appliance department is phenomenal. My son needed some appliances for his first home. Amar went out of the way to guide us in purchasing a washer , dryer and dishwasher. Very knowledgeable and was really amazing. It was a pleasure dealing with him Good store , great deals , but you should be fortunate to find someone to help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price match is a joke, I show them the price in home depot just across the street. They can only do the price match for $945 and need to charge for delivery and haul away the old fridge. And the supervisor told me Home depot only do delivery not haul away service which I told them they do. Any way I make the purchase at Home depot instead of Lowe's because they are cheaper. If your company need to stay in the game, you may need to offer more. Buying appliance only happens every few years, good luck to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over an hour waiting for click and collect. Used the "I'm here" feature and waited 15 minutes, called and the phone rang and rang no answer. Go inside to find out what's going on, only to have to wait another 30+ minutes for my order to be brought out while the store announcement says "please take advantage of curbside pickup" putting a cherry on top of the whole experience. I used the online feature for convenience and to save time, if you value your time don't bother, shop for yourself.

He helped make my experience so easy finding everything I needed. Myself, at first, it felt like shopping for a needle in a haystack but Sam helped me find everything we needed rather quickly! He even helped us get it to the till and to our vehicle. Thank you Sam. We will be back for more goods! Your customer service is surly awesome! Lowes is lucky to have you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and well stocked store. I went to buy a belt sander, I compared many brands and prices and finally decided to buy a craftsman belt sander for their versatility and power. One can get more things done with this type of sanders. A word of advice; always check the tool you're getting beforehand by shaking the box it comes in and listen for any weird noises. I had to return the sanders I got twice, the first time the lever that releases and locks the sanding belt in place got stuck after a few hours of use and the second time it sounded as if there was a loose screw or piece inside the machine, something that I would've caught had I shaken the box at the store, but again, you don't expect something like this to happen at all. Anyway, I had no problems returning the defective items and getting replacements every time. I stuck with the craftsman brand because they make good and durable tools and defective ones are bound to happen it doesn't matter the brand. Very good place to go to get the tools or supplies you need to finish your projects.
