j	jasa smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The installers did extensive damage to the walls. The management at Mint flooring believes this is my problem and will do nothing about it - this is normal. The transition from LVT to carpet was done at the wrong location despite meeting them on site and going over it, as well as a line having been marked on the floor. Recommend you use some one who knows what customer service is about.

We had all new floors; Tile, Carpet & Laminate Flooring! Scheduling was perfect, the installers were professional and did great work. They did such a great job we had them back in to do some more tile work in the kitchen & bathrooms. I have referred a number of people to MINT and I have always heard great feedback.

He was knowledgable, helpful and got our quote to us in a timely manner. They came in substantially lower than the other quotes we had already received. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Craig. The carpet installers were definitely a bit more reserved. One of them was very chatty with us and we enjoyed getting to know him. The other 2 were a bit more standoffish but were definitely hard workers as we did have a large job to complete with a set of difficult stairs. I will definitely suggest Mint to friends and family for flooring needs.

They cut the kitchen too short and kept the width too wide so all the planks are binding and breaking at the edges. Called to get an inspection, was booked for a one month out appointment - on that day they didn't show, when I called I wasn't even in the schedule. The office said they had to get ahold of the site guy and didn't hear back, called again an hr later to be told it would be a couple hours, we are on day 2 now of not getting a call back. I'm just going to get a matching box and do it myself because obviously they don't care about customer service.

The work done was incredible and the staff were professional and excellent. they accommodated my request to install the flooring at the wall perfectly since I wasn't putting a base board back on. if you want a job that looks MINT when you are complete, contact Craig and the staff down at Mint Flooring. you wont be disappointed. if you are, disappointed, you didn't call Craig. tell him that David sent you, he will take care of ya!
