I am one of the very first rider when it all started. The Cold Shot growth is very remarkable for the short period and their free ticket program is very welcoming. I wish them all the best and keep up the great service. Thank you!

Don't ever expect a positive experience. They will scam you for money on file.

Their name is Cold Shot and they delivered my refrigerated food item 3 days late and warm. When I contacted them and told them it was warm, they said it should be fine. It’s not fine. Their driver was too lazy to bring it to my door and left it with the security desk instead. You have 2 jobs, get me my parcel and get it to me cold. Neither were fulfilled.

Calgary Stop Review: Personally, I am not a fan of this location mainly because it is a bit far from the center of the city and even further from Calgary YYC airport. There is the BRT 302 bus line that has a stop within walking distance and the ride from there to downtown Calgary is around 30 minutes. However, most other bus companies try to set up their primary stops within the center of the city. The stop itself was a run of the mill travel center with bathrooms and food for sale, but it is not a actual bus station with announcements, so one has to be wary of making sure they keep an eye out for their bus and not end up missing it. I do believe they now have a stop location closer to downtown off of 4th St NE. Cold Shot Bus review: During the time of booking, Cold Shot had the cheapest fares for Red Deer to Calgary, but I did dislike the van like buses they use. The buses do NOT have a onboard bathroom, they do not have overhead baggage space, nor was there any power sockets available. Their website did mention USB sockets but I do not think there were any in the front row seat I was seated in. The smaller van-like bus was bumpier compared to a larger motorcoach that other bus companies. like E-Bus, might use on the same route. However, the seats felt roomy enough, and had a good recline, I was able to take a nap. I do feel like if the prices and timings were the same, I most likely would choose and recommend E-Bus instead of Cold Shot bus company, but for now, they seem to be competitively priced to offset the shortcomings in onboard amenities. Ultimately, I was able to depart and arrive on time, safely, and the bus driver, who I believe is Indian, was helpful and professional. Alhamdu Lillah for a pleasant journey.

Bussed from Calgary to Fort McMurray. Would like to see ear plugs offered on trip as the noise level was over 85 decibels for 8 hours. Would also appreciate a washroom on the bus, although they stopped about every 2 hours. On time and professional.

Don't ever expect a positive experience. I cancelled my ticket far in advice of booking and was told I wouldn't get a refund but instead they would note the credit on file. I asked for proof of credit on file and they said "that's not how we do it", some months later I called to use my credit on file and rebook and they told me "we never had credit on file".

Well, its kinda sketchy. The drivers are usually decent. Bumpy rides, but faster than the coachs. Some of the chargers dont work. Wifi was intermittent and my cellphone data was better. Your stuff has no replacement value to them. So careful with your stuff. There parcel service is fairly expensive with little to no gaurantees.

This bus is freezing cold. I don’t recommend it if you’re travelling in the winter. It’s disappointing, there used to be busses around the same price that provided you with enough leg room, overhead cabins, and atleast washrooms. The stop I got on at was β€œCalgary 4th st se” as written on their website. But really, the location was 4th st ne. I made it there in a rush and there was not enough information to deduce that on their website nor did anyone pick up when I called them. They should also limit how many people they let on this small bus during COVID. Overall I’m very unsatisfied.
