And the best part, (in my opinion) the helpful staff!! - There is always someone ready & willing to help, who can offer some advice and expertise... or at least, point you in the right direction!!

We have taken our dog to many different stores and always have the utmost respect for the places we take him to. We have actually taken him to this Princess Auto multiple times before. Today, visiting with our dog, a lady who works at the establishment came running over and shooing us away from the front, out the door because they don't allow dogs there anymore. Firstly, maybe ask your customers calmly and inform them on these changes instead of becoming aggresive and panicking to get us out. Situation like that could have been dealt with alot better and more calmly. Simple as that. Didn't have to become forceful...
C	Carl Hiltz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a service dog I have been in the store a couple of times apparently a collie dog attacked one of their staff now everyone is on high alert the drama that is involved when you walk into this princess auto and you have a service dog. Completely unnecessary if a customer gives someone a hard time are they gonna lock the doors and keep everyone out how and often are dogs brought in to princess auto really that they gotta make such a big drama big deal about it. Ease up on the doggy drama Ladies.
C	Chris Cross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great deals, plenty of inventory. Sometimes you have to ask a few different staff to find what you are looking for, but i can't blame them as its a big store and everyone always seems busy. If you go on the weekend this store is packed.

I have asked for his help a lot number of times and I appreciate that he always make sure he will look for the item that I'm looking for, if not, he would recommend a different product if not in stock. There were also times that I see him helping other senior customers. Helping these people pushing their carts and getting them in their cars were amazing gesture for me. Keep it up!
m	mike Dyck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to give Bradley at the south calgary location a huge thank you, was extremely helpful and went way out of his way to get a air cleaner unit brought in from grand prairies location not 1 but twice after there was a mix up between stores. Were he managed to find a second is beyond me. I wish there's was more people in the retail world that still care like this man does. Very satisfied customer managed to pull it off less than a week before Christmas.

My mother and I were running an errand for my dad to pick up some items for him, which we knew very little about. She was able to immediately show us to the aisles and help us find the exact products we were looking for. Also had help from other coworkers when an item was out of her expertise! This location has very attentive and helpful employees, I’ve never experienced this kind of service at locations like Home Depot or Lowe’s. Highly recommend!
