★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently rented a small backhoe from TheRentalGuys and the machine was perfect, customer service was outstanding and they were right on time for drop off and pick up. All and all I would highly recommend them and certainly will be renting from them again. Thank you The Rental Guys!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressive rental service, drop off and pickup was quick and easy at my house, the website worked great. Small pet peeve of mine lately is the listed price for the day should be exactly what is advertised, I hate all these small fuel charges, and service fees etc, added to the bill on everything these days. The daily rate for what I rented was advertised as 65$ but I ended up paying 80-85 on nickel and dime stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great customer service experience. Had a scissor lift on rent and Sonia called in the morning to check and see if I still wanted it as there was a wind warning for the day. Could have just dropped it and charged me but instead we rebooked and got the job done. Thanks Sonia and the rest of the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a forklift in a rush and found this company on line. Booking was easy on line and prices were very competitive.
My shipment ended up arriving early and I needed to change my booking. I called and they were helpful and friendly assisting with the change.
Drop off and pickup were quick, friendly and professional.
I will be booking my rentals through this company in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to rent a scissor lift and I had some questions about it. When I called, I got an answering machine. I almost immediately got a call back and Chris was able to answer all my questions and guide me through the online rental process which was very easy. Chris made it easy for me to get the equipment that I want in a timely fashion and he even saved me some money based on his suggestions. I would highly recommend him.

Very competitive pricing and courteous staff, from the office (Chris) verifying the rental and delivery, to the Delivery Driver Matt ensuring that I was familiar with the equipment and provided answers to our questions. Definitely would recommend and return for future needs!.
