L	Laura Little on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently decided to make the move from Calgary to Victoria, so I contacted a bunch of moving companies to get some quotes. On Your Mark gave me a quote that was significantly cheaper then the rest of them, which at first I was a little weary of, but ultimately I decided to go with OYM because they had an earlier move out date (by a couple of weeks). Now that I'm all moved in back home in Victoria I could not be more pleased with the service I received from them. Tara the rep I was communicating with was fantastic! She was quick and efficient and I felt like she was a friend from long ago. The three people (two guys and a girl) who showed up in Calgary and the two guys who showed up in Victoria were also great. None of my things were damaged and everything showed up on time (despite them having to drive through some pretty bad weather). They arrived when they said they would, they left when they said they would and I paid no more then the exact quote I was initially given. If I ever move from city to city again I will most definitely use On Your Mark and you should too! I can't recommend this company enough!

Starting with the owner Mark who has no service skills or talking to people like a person skills what so ever... I've been siting waiting for a call from the delivery company that I never received... when I called to complain about this I basically got a lecture from him... Review edit: once the delivery was done, the delivery crew is very friendly, accommodating and quick to work. So basically they just need a better customer service handling the phone calls with clients...

They moved me from Victoria to Edmonton, and it was the least stressful move I have ever had (and I have moved a LOT!) They were professional and friendly from front end planning, the move itself, through follow up after delivery. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and would also happily recommend them.

They're very professional, efficient, hardworking and polite. Their office staff was also very accommodating with finding a date and time that worked for me.

They coordinated furniture pick up from the Calgary based warehouse and delivered to our home in Fernie. They were efficient and friendly at a great price.
