★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got in touch with Hitch Experts for a price on installing a wiring harness for our Grand Caravan. Emails were always answered promptly and with a great deal of courtesy and professionalism. I made an appointment to get the harness installed and they made themselves available on a weekend and had me in and out in a hour. Great guys and will be using them again should the need arise.

Second part:
Called them this morning and the call was great. The Gentleman was personable and gave me some options. The install will be this Friday 26 2018 to be continued.......
Install day!
First impressions no glitz no clam vary simple main entrance and waiting area. That stuff doesn’t matter to me it’s the workmanship that is what’s most important and being taken care of after the fact! The gentleman is very friendly. We got to talking and they may install a Backflip for my box as well! To be continued.........
The install!
These guys know how to take care of you that's all i have to say! Great work great attitude. I ended up not getting the Backflip just because of my set up but they were willing to come to my house to install it and i am in Strathmore! hows that for service!!
I do and would strongly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moment I walked in I was warmly greeted by one of the two brothers of this family run business. Awesome people.
There was a woman at the counter who went up to pay her bill. "No charge! said the man. "WHAT?" SHE REPLIED. "Your repairs are all covered by warranty! She was thrilled.
I had them instal a Blue Ox car tow system behind my motorehome.. they made and kept the apointment and they saved me over 500.$.
The work was done on time and under budget.
They were courteous and helpful and kind. They were patient with me.. a senior. They made sure I knew how to hook up my little car and pull it safely.
They answer the phone quickly and offer prompt service . All kinds of tow products.. frim fifth wheel to bike racks to Blue Ox.
I highly recommend the place .. Hitch Experts. BTW.. they gave me a 10 year warranty on my equipment. Unbelievable.
To find old fashioned service and be treated with kindness and respect in 2020!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris is the King! Called one day before to setup appointment, he said to bring the car tomorrow at noon, took the car in, he started to work on it immediately. The exhaust was on the way and the frame was missing two holes, he dealt with all in under an hour and I was out with a reasonable quote as well. Chris, you are the man!
