★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute idiocy and incompetence. Rented two trucks and a storage unit. Ashneet? Ashdeep? I can’t recall her name specifically but it’s one of the two I believe. Literally one of the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever encountered. And I work in property management so it’s got to be pretty bad for me to have an issue. She is too young and too incompetent to work this role. The East Indian manager? Very professional. Very dignified even with an irate customer. But sweetheart you need to fire this little girl. No question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to pick up a reserved online order, after receiving confirmation that it was ready, and my credit card had been charged. "Bliss" informed me she had sold some of my reserved items earlier in the day and told me the wait could be a few months to restock. I was told to go to another location. They also have decided to close the store 2 hours early, when it states otherwise, everywhere, even on the entrance.
I would avoid this location at all costs. "Bliss" was very rude and offered no resolution to my issues. Trying to blame other workers and locations, for her incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to book a covered trailer super last minute on a Friday afternoon and they took great care of me, having it ready to go within an hour. I also needed a tow ball and they recommended a great kit for a reasonable price.
I needed to extend my initial rental by a day and the online chat process to do this took maybe 2 minutes.
Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outside their location is an absolute mess. Broken pallets and debris all along customer parking and the enterance of the building.
When you order supplies online they don't take it off the shelf. If there is low stock there is a high chance of the product you paid is in someone else's hands. Very poorly managed. Manager called me and then proceeded to blame their employees instead of taking responsibility due to giving me the wrong sized boxes.
Had they taken the time to set aside the supplies when someone orders something this wouldn't happen.
I didn't catch the young female employees name that helped me but she did nothing wrong. She was dealing with me and another customer at the same time and waiting on the phone for head office to answer some type of order dispute.
While the manager was sitting in the office not helping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arshdeep would be a blessing to any company. She is efficient friendly and has a professional attitude. She was juggling so many responsibilities because of being short staffed and yet she held it together and I was super impressed. You need to hire someone to help keep your good reputation going.

Booked a 4x8 over a month in advance. Booking was easy online. Showed up and was somewhat apprehensive that they wouldn't have the trailer or reservation. Was great by a friendly staff member at 7am and the support staff was great at getting hooked up.
Very pleased with the service and nice to be able to rent a critical piece of equipment for moving our son. Kudos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Made reservation 1 month in advance. Called the day prior to pick-up got confirmation all good to go. Get there to pickup no trailer available. Settled for a smaller trailer from a different location. Tried 4 different trailers before finding one that didn't some kind of an issue. Then took 2 hours for them to get a contract printed that had the correct information.
