I highly recommend this company. They are very friendly and helpful to deal with. The container we are using is perfect for our needs. Also their prices are very reasonable.

Utter and absolute incompetence - feels like a scam. First, their drivers are unable to drop containers on anything but right angles, even with a sea of level concrete to place it on. Additionally, cancelling is a time-consuming near-impossibility since the people doing CUSTOMER SERVICE are somehow unable to do so - or simply forget. This company exhibits all of the red flags of a moving and storage scam - a difficult cancellation process, 'forgetting' to cancel, unfathomably long hold times for simple requests, out of province customer service... the list goes on. I've now cancelled 3 times -- but they billed me anyway. If this isn't a scam, they need an immediate system re-think. Be very careful using this company as there are MANY red flags. I would not trust this entity with any of my belongings.

PUPS was amazing to work with as I transitioned from one home to another with a gap in between. The customer service team answered all my questions and led me smoothly through the whole process from my first inquiry through container drop off. Phone messages and text alerts were helpful and accurate as to the time of container drop off and pick up. Thank you for taking the stress out of my move!

We had 6 weeks between the sale of our house and when we get our new place . The ppl were all great from the first person on the phone to the drivers who went the extra mile for us . Thx for making The move easier for us

Oh my goodness. Where do I start? Firstly, do not use this company. The initial customer service was great Dima and Mason but that's where it stops. They delivered and left. They didn't even check to see if we could get into the container. We were left with a faulty container with the crossbar needed to be grinded down in order to get in - it was completely stuck and the solution was to grind it down to allow the crossbar to move. Imagine having to deal with that every time you needed to get into the container. Why wasn't this checked upon delivery? Is this okay to deliver the item like this to the customer expecting the customer to track down someone to help. Help did come ... Doug came almost 18 hours after the delivery to 'fix' the problem - grind it down! I expected more, instead he told me, 'you get what you pay for'. We had the Pups eyesore container on our driveway, unusable, unable to access the inside for 18 hours meanwhile none of the moving was done and we had 3 trades coming that day to get our house ready to stage. After numerous calls to Storage solutions, they offered to trade out the Pups container with the Cube-It for with no compensation for the inconvenience they inflicted. They would have given me the same price I would have received if I booked with Costco. They kept my full payment with a refund of $80. In other words we paid this company $215 for a container that I couldn't get into at no fault of our own (and apparently no fault of the company after explaining my case many times to customer service) for 18 hours of nothing except looking horribly awful on our driveway. Do yourself a favour and book with any other company.
