β β β β β I went here about 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday. I received great service from the salesperson who was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all given that it was close to closing time. The selection is fantastic and the paint is of a way higher quality than I normally use so I will definitely be back.

β β β β β It is nice to get quick service and assistance to purchase quality interior paint. Sales associate was very helpful in helping to determine quality level and finish-type of paint. The product went on and covered the walls of the two rooms I painted as promised.

My Sales Associate was Amanda and she provided some of the best advise and customer service that I've been given in a long time. I highly recommend this location!

Everyone adhered to Covid practices in the store.
We were able to get a good discount on the paint.

β β β β β First time using Sherwin Williams paint. The young woman that helped me out was excellent. She said " I love converting people to our product!" She was the best sales person ever. The product has turned out to be excellent as well. I have always used Benjamin Moore, but the Urethane Enamel from Sherwin Williams was fabulous. It dried quickly and leveled very well. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a trim or furniture paint.

β β β β β Very helpful and knowledgeable; no wait time and the order was mixed quickly. I appreciate that they kept the showroom very simple and so it was easy to narrow down the choices of colour and paint type. They also had lots of accessories in case I needed supplies. Make sure to know how many square feet of coverage you need before coming to the store.

β β β β β With a big house project, I discovered that a couple gallons of paint I purchased were the wrong sheen. When I brought that to the attention of the staff, they quickly apologized and supported with a generous solution. Special thanks to Courtney who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Maybe the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you!
