★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate complaining however one of the ladies in the pharmacy had a terrible attitude. We all have hectic and bad days especially at work but she only replied with snarky remarks. If we were rude that would be a different story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM HERE! Manager would not refund my faulty AirPods that I bought 4 days prior. Brand new close to $200.
Would not exchange or refund me!
Super rude and disrespectful.
They basically told me not their problem and to contact Apple who told me shoppers should of refunded me since I bought them there. Absolute discrace!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pharmacy ever. Poor customer service, filled out covid vaccination form and waited for 45mins in the waiting area even with an appointment and being ignored by the staff. Absolutely unacceptable and I encourage you also bring your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent location to visit if you enjoy receiving trans-hate and homophobia in general. A despicable establishment run by prejudice bigots.
Steer clear if at all possible.
They will even repeatedly call a trans woman “sir” just to push her buttons enough to create an excuse to violently remove her from the store.
Update Jan 10:
This may not be the experience you desire for your clients, but it is the experience being provided by at least one of your stores, by more than one of its employees.
If only zero stars was an option…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at the pharmacy are always very helpful. Yasmin especially went above and beyond. My prescription was lost in the system and she was able to get it all fixed and ensured I wouldn’t have trouble on my next visit. So thankful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a 0 star review I would. The worst customer service from any pharmacy I've ever been to. The staff that actually work at the store are very friendly and the Canada post employees are very helpful. However, the pharmacy is a black hole where customer service goes to die. I had a prescription that was sent in by my doctor over two weeks ago, I'm currently moving and haven't been able to pick it up, so tonight I went in to pick it up, they told me he sent it in early and I have plenty of medication left, I currently have three days worth left. I was told that I can come back the next day and pick it up. So my prescription sat there for two weeks unfilled, now I have to go way out of my way to go pickup something that should have been done. They are extremely rude and make sure you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being a customer there. I'm very happy to be moving away from the community so I no longer have to use this locations pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whatever you do, don't get your passport photo here! Not only is it very expensive, they did a horrible job. My daughter was half blinking and I was told that is just her eyes! The photos were not cut right, my kids looked orange and it was out of focus. Thankfully the kind lady at the till gave us a refund as she was there when I was concerned when we took them. Do not waste your time! Especially now when passports are taking along time, we ended up going to Passport Photo Calgary in Evergreen and they were amazing, the photos are great and it was only 7.99 per photo!
