★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service at mknight DQ.The lady comes to the windown and says 13. I said what's 13 and she repeated 13 for 3 more times. I said I ordered the things I ordered and she said 13.
Then finally sharades ended when I guessed it was 13$ in total for the icecream.
My kids laughed all the way home but it showed poor customer service and unnecessary waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a refreshing change for us to stop and eat at Dairy Queen. Usually it's just an ice cream treat. Staff were wonderful and so friendly. We will stop in again.

Took my special needs client to order and consume the Brownie with Oreo cupfectuin. When we sat in a small, rather dirty area for her to eat this, a female employee came over and said there was no dine-in allowed. I asked why as Alberta has opened up all restrictions . She pointed to all the stacked chairs and said no, it was up to the owners . No signs were up in either the front doors or inside the restaurant to indicate this. Also, ironically, the staff was not wearing her mask when she took or filled the order or came over to speak to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been coming to this location on and off for about 2 years now. We usually go once a month, right after supper. Around 7pm. We buy two mini blizzards. They are not too bad, but they need to turn up the cooling on the machine.
The reason I give this the bad review is the smell. EVERY SINGLE TIME WE HAVE BEEN HERE, again once a month like clockwork, the place smells like someone took the most horrible power dump in the lavatory and the staff does nothing to quell the problem. This last time, a couple days ago, was my last time going here. The smell was so bad I had to leave. I walked out. My wife waited and grabbed our blizzards, which I was not interested in at this point. McKenzie Towne Dairy Queen is literally like 2 minutes more down the road. Go there instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff last night working around 7pm (who took our order) was so friendly! When you get customer service like that, it makes you want to go back.
Lol I know it’s ice cream and all but they really did a good job serving our ice cream it was just amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So as I live in seton I normally come to this place when I can, nothing to said but nothing possitive... as you can see the pics I paid 1.25$ to get less than half of gravy when in other places normally is full ( yes I used to work in a DQ years ago), my favourite DQ ultimate was bad they did not added whatever i asked and the lettuce tasted old not fresh at all the french fries where 2 cm long and half of the basket... as a DQ fan i am very dissapointed this time honestly... in any dq i have been served such a bad DQ ultimate like this.. ( the bites in the burger was my son lol) pkease do your best to keep running this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words can’t express how grateful I am for this cake! It turned out much better than I could have ever imagined. We order specialty ice cream cakes all the time from this DQ location. We have celiac in our family and they always go above and beyond to make sure the cake is made gluten free by replacing the cookie with skor (even better in my opinion!) They have always gotten it right and we know we can trust them to make our cakes gluten free. The cake we had made for our daughters bday (pictured - cake toppers from amazon), came out amazing! They called me a few times to just ensure that they got it perfect. The decorator did a great job with the colors and hand drawing the print. Everyone was so impressed and it looked even more amazing in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dairy Queen used to be the only burger joint I wouldn’t have to request no Mayo, as you’ve never put it on your burgers. Why ruin a good thing. Just threw out my order as all my burgers now have Mayo. Dissatisfied long time customer.
