Don’t come here in the morning for a coffee. It took 13 min receive my coffee. Looks like they are under staffed and the girl that did my order had a very bad attitude and moved around like a snail! Ok a few weeks later had 2 managers screw my order up 3 times. Seems they don’t know how to order anything without eggs.

The drive through is not ready yet. There is no refill for pops, so no big surprise besides a standard Mac with no refills.

Just left the mahogany McDonald’s in Calgary. I ordered a black coffee and proceeded to leave and slipped and fell. The staff at the front saw, didn’t bother to come by to ask if I was ok so I went up and said well can I get another coffee . Just proceeds to make me another one. I go to ask to speak to a manager and told her what happened and she said well there’s a sign there which wasn’t anywhere visible in that area. And I said that’s your response to me, I physically fell in your store and that’s your response. I asked for a number to contact McDonald’s and was met by another worker who told me she couldn’t give out the number and took mine down. They then put a yellow slip sign on top of my spill and didn’t bother to even clean it up. I’m extremely appalled by the way they handled the situation. I now have a rip in my legging and and a sore wrist. Even as I left no one bothered to clean up the mess

It is very slow to get your order, especially if you order from the Kiosk. Everytime I've ordered I've seen orders after me get their food and my number disappear. When I ask they dont have an answer why and then work on my food. The food is not the best of quality. Always a bit cold and lacking a certain taste. Not the best McDonald's but not the worst.

This place needs a complete shut down and overhaul of service and staff. The food coming out of here, is the worst I've ever experienced at a McDonald's in Calgary. The day I was in there, everyone was masked except the manager who didn't seem to care much about anything. I had a error on my order when I put it through the kiosk, and asked if it could be fixed.. Her response was "I'll let them know not to put onions on it".. She never did and it was loaded with them.. Fries were bone cold and the drink tasted off. Sidenote: The SE doesn't allow drive-thrus so you will have to go in and order.

Food was consistent (which is great) and the service was above average! Even during a busy Friday dinner rush I got my food very quickly and exactly as ordered. Service from Avery was prompt and friendly! Looking forward to making this my new regular McDonald’s!

When I first entered this location, it was very busy and staff was keeping up with everyone’s orders. All staff at front counter were friendly and helpful. Avery went above and beyond to provide the best experience and made sure I got my order fast. The food was delicious and came out really fast! Although the southeast doesn’t allow drive throughs, they’ve adapted and made sure every customer that walks through the door is met with friendly and caring staff. The lobby was nice and clean and I saw them frequently sanitize the tables.

There was 4 people in the vehicle and we all did individual mobile order for curbside pickup. 1 order came out and then we waited for 10 more minutes. I went into the store and our orders were sitting on top of the heatlamp. The server said she was really sorry and that they went out looking for us, but we were not there. We were sitting there the whole time. I do not appreciate being lied to so I will never visit this location again. It is one thing to say they forgot to bring it out, but to openly lie about it in front of 15 customers all waiting for their order in the store and say they went out and we were not there, I am never going to this store again. I am suppose to trust the servers and the restaurants, but with this action, how can I? With McDonald stores all over the place, they should be trying to stand out in a positive way, this store has not. I hope people see this review and it gives them the same negative feeling that I am feeling towards this store.
