I have recently just moved here from Vancouver and the store is so clean, and the staff are super friendly :) The two ladies working there today - Cassie and Riley went above and beyond to help me find a new dog food for my older dog. I decided to go with the ultra grain free senior food. Great store!

My little dog doesn’t need a wash from there store since he’s so tiny but it’s great for big dogs!
Lots of different food, treat, toy options that really help my dog with his amounts of allergies!
Highly recommend this store for your pet and i’m willing to take the extra 15 minutes to drive out there just for the amazing staff and amazing range of products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a long time customer and recent employee of pet valu, I was so excited that this store was opening, but it’s not worth it. First of all both the ladies working this evening were more occupied with their phones. And since when did pet Valu stop supply ample shampoo choices when bathing your dogs. This is also the first pet Valu that had told me I’m not allowed to brush my dog while bathing. If that is the case update your signage that states to brush the knots out. Not worth the $10. Would much rather drive the 20 minutes to a different location.
