I bought two 25 pound bags of dog food tonight that I had reserved. She brought them out and rang me up. Usually someone runs them out to the car without asking. Today, I have an injured shoulder and stitches just out. I asked for help out to my car (right outside the door) and started to mention my injuries. She said, Nope. I said I’m not supposed to be lifting. She said nope, I’m not allowed. I said, someone always brings it out. She said I’m the only one here so I’m not allowed. I wondered what am I going to do. She shrugged and said, I dunno. At this point I didn’t know what I was going to do. Then the lady customer behind me ran them out to my car for me! A customer!! Shame on you Pet Planet. I won’t be back.
T	Tyler Murphy (Bigmanmurph) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this shop and inquired into something for our dogs allergies/itchy skin. We were suggested a hemp seed oil to try. Bonus it was 50% off. We picked it up. When we got home we noticed the expiration date was in 2 days! How can we give a supplement to our dog, and see results within 2 days? When we stopped by the store to return the product, they informed us that the best before date is "just a guideline" and that the item we bought was final sale (even though it was their employee who suggested the product) and there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend this store as they don't have the best interest of the customer or the best interest of your pet in mind. Only to make a sale. Terrible customer service and we will not be shopping here any more.

A	Athena B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so disappointed with this store. Definitely the worst customer service of any Pet Planet I’ve ever been to. We called and inquired if they had space for us to come in and use their dog bath. They said they were fully booked. We arrived at the store shortly after to pick up dog food, and someone was drying their pup outside. Dog bath was empty. While my husband waited for our pizza, and I grabbed some groceries…the total time was well over half an hour and the dog bath sat completely empty the entire time. We needed the dog bath for about ten minutes. So they were not fully booked. Today my husband comes into the store before 2:30pm and asks for use of the dog bath. The lady responds that she has an appt at 3pm, and if he used it. That wouldn’t give her enough time to disinfect the dog bath prior to 3pm. My husband again explained, that he would need the bath for about 10 minutes, and she’d have 20 minutes to disinfect the bath area. She again refused. So ridiculous. There are so few places to wash your dog in the area, and yet they will never allow us to use it! Will not shop here again.

Shelves are always stocked (as best they can be, since the shortages) and they are friendly and welcoming. Store is always clean, and love that they offer online shopping with pick up or delivery!
