★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment yesterday for 5:45 pm. I am not going to lie the reviews did leave me hesitant to come but honestly reviews are very subjective and we never know the full story.
When I walked in the place was nice and clean. The Nail tech was pleasant and prompt to the appointment time. I asked for a clear tips with clear finish. She did a great job, she cleaned my cuticles and behind my nails which some techs don't do. She understood what I wanted in shape (coffin) and did it well. The only thing is that a new file should be used with a new client this is for hygienic reasons and is standard practice. I know that some sanitize their files but the standard is to start each new client with a new file. Overall the experience was good and I would go back again.

The place is clean and they were punctual with my appointment.
I had a gel fill with matte finish and love it.
The nails are not thick at all, which I really like. They look natural and elegant.
The prices in the salon are very reasonable.
I will be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised with the service and cleanliness at Lilac Nails. I made an appointment the same day. When I arrived at my appointment time I did not have to wait. The staff were lovely and followed COVID protocols. I had both a shellac manicure and pedicure. The spa tools are cleaned in the disinfecting UV oven (I’m sure it has a technical name) and the shop itself was quite clean. I will return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to these ladies and their establishment for over 5 years. From my nails and waxing , they’ve never disappointed. Go in and see them - you won’t be disappointed. Very clean and professional. They always work to please :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After giving this salon a second chance I will not be back. I requested the marbled finish in pink on my big toes (for an extra $5 each) and just wanted the remaining toes solid pink to match. Not only is the color not even close but even the very expensive marbled toes dont match. The margins around my cuticles aren't flush and the shape and lengths of the nails is inconsistent. This is what I got for $57. I was the last appointment slot of the day and it was obvious she just wanted to get out of there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shellac manicure that lasted for weeks. Giving 4/5 stars because I went with my MIL and the staff weren't ready at the same time so we were started 20 mins apart, kind of awkward.

I went here while I was pregnant a couple months back. They basically didn’t do anything that a pedicure service entails. I was in the chair from start to finish for maybe 20min. The women didn’t even paint my entire nail… it would be fine if it was one or two toes. But it was missing spots on every single toe. I then developed an infection in 3 of my toes a couple days later, being over 30 weeks pregnant at the time I was extremely unimpressed to be developing infections! That I’m still dealing with 3 months later, And the lack of pedicure etiquette was disappointing as well.. super frustrating, if I could give negative star rating I would. I have warned multiple people I know not to go here either. Worst part is they charged me $70 for a botched service. Pathetic.
